Providing opportunities and support to Black LGBTQ+ youth in Toronto, Ontario since 2017

The Black Queer Youth Collective was created to fill a gap in youth services specifically services offered to Black LGBTQ+ youth. Our mission was to create a space where the voices and experiences of Black Queer, Trans, and Nonbinary youth was heard and they felt comfortable and safe. Since our inception, the BQYC have supported hundreds of Black LGBTQ+ youth through our various projects, initiatives, and community programs in Toronto.
