About Domino Table Talk
No one could have predicted the impact that COVID-19 would have on our communities; the Black Queer Youth Collective stayed dedicated to connecting and supporting Black Queer and Trans Youth during the pandemic by offering a unique online series titled the Domino Table Talk.
The Domino Table Talk was an eclectic 5 part web series on various topics. Attendees engaged in discussions on different topics including the Impacts of COVID-19 on Black LGBTQ+ youth, Activism and Leadership, Mental health, Food and Culture and concluded with a session on creating and maintaining healthy relationships. Youth were able to tune in and listen to different panelists each week while also asking questions during the discussions.
